Complete Course

We suggest you come and visit the studio first, see if you like it and meet us all.

If you like what you see and after speaking to other students you would then like to enroll in a course, please make sure that there is a place available on the date you would like to start. A booking form will need completion with deposit to confirm a place for you.

The Complete Course consists of the three modules as described below.

A single module can be taken separately without commitment to the whole course.

Modules may also be taken at any time, spaced out and in any order to suit the Student.

An additional six week Hair Course is available if so required at an additional cost.

Health and Safety instruction, together with Work Place Set Up

will be taught throughout the course.

All modules are three months long with a months break from training in between. This month off from studio training is used for work experience on films etc. which we endeavour to find for you. Initially this work is voluntary but expenses are paid. Paid make-up and hair work does become available to advancing students. All work experience enhances a student's CV, creates contacts and proves an advantage when latterly applying for work.If there is no work experience available then students are advised to concentrate on working at their "day jobs" during their month off to build up some money. This enables them to still pay their own bills whilst doing 'work experience' during the next free month, thus building up their contacts in the industry. Holidays may also be taken during this time off from training

The module months are as follows:-

• Feb/March/April - May off

• June/July/August - Sept off

• October/November/December - Jan off

If there is room, students can join the Course at the beginning of a three month module. Because only fourteen students work in the studios at any one time it is possible for different modules to be taught {usually in pairs} at the same time. If a student is on Module 3 we tend to cover the face casting during the afternoon so as not to disrupt the other modules being taught.
